CONTEXT: Like IT Recruitment is a Human Resources Consulting company specialized in the Recruitment of professionals in the area of Information Technology and Communications (IT&C). Human resource is the most important component of IT&C projects. The quality and motivation of specialists is their priority opposite the needs of their partners, which together with the flexibility, timeliness and professionalism makes their services to be first choice. Romanian IT market is the second fastest growing IT market in the whole CEE region (after Ukraine). The country is still under-invested in terms of IT, especially in SME sector and public administration. Low level of IT per capital spending and low share of IT services and software sales in the total market value signify high potential for further growth.

CHALLENGE: Like IT Recruitment is a fresh company that has a green and innovative approach on IT Recruitment and Outsourcing. LikeIT Recruitment is a people oriented company that believes the true power behind the business operations is having people guided by certain values. Quality driven, long-term relationships, commitment, seriousness and added value define their services. Increasing of technological innovation among Romanian companies by investing in advanced IT solutions and foreign investments in IT & C market in Romania give an evolving and growing demand for specialized resources.

SOLUTION: Our design process started by taking inspiration from IT elements and symbols for communication and relationships. We decided to create an identity that rotated around an abstract logotype. The result is a firm brand that is recognizable and relevant in its area, without becoming cold and impersonal, but close, human and sustainable. The responsive website is friendly and people oriented.
